CST Literally Saved My Life

     I just want to say that CranioSacral Therapy literally saved my life.
      After a head injury at work, I suffered debilitating migraines for almost two years. I'm typically a 'natural remedy, organic' person but when you are in so much pain that you cannot even hear anymore you will take anything. I lived in the emergency room three nights a week. Neurologists actually told me to stop coming because they didn't know what to do for me. I had numerous emergency 'headache treatments' from neurologists and even 14 days straight in a headache hospital....

      I had numerous side effects to all the drugs I was doped up on, almost fifty if I counted correctly. I went blind for five days, went into a suicidal depression, my right ear is still irritated, my kidneys hurt so bad it was hard to sit, stand or lay, and my insomnia was out of control. The E.R. docs knew me by name.....I was even on disability at work for three months. My coworkers covered me basically for a year and a half. I owe them huge for that.
      In March 2010 I found Roxanne through my cousin who found her via word of mouth. I called Roxanne and all she said to me was "honey, I will have you back to work in three visits." I had a nervous breakdown on her, I cried so hard when she said that. I had absolutely no HOPE left before that and I am a Christian. Roxanne was right, I was back to work after three visits. NO ONE CAN BELIEVE THAT THIS IS ME! God is so good, he led me to Roxanne!!
      I still see Roxanne once a month for pure maintenance (I'm afraid not to go) and because I love her for truly saving my life!!!!!!!!

Witnessing a Miracle
      Two years ago a beautiful four-year-old autistic boy came to see me
with his mom. He didn’t make eye contact, didn’t seem to have speech,
and when I tried to put him on my treatment table he strongly resisted.
      For the first seven sessions I worked the best I could to free his
severely bound cranial mechanism. He was difficult to work on, as
he screamed at the top of his lungs for the entire forty-five-minute
session. The screaming would begin the moment he got on my
table and end as soon as I finished.
      The boy would thrash around and twist his head in every direction
trying to get away, as I did my best to hold on and try to enhance his
cranial rhythm. He also used his hands to push my fingers off his head.
I got kicked in the head more than once as I was working. His mom
must have had tremendous faith to go through all that screaming with
her child. She was extremely helpful and did her best to hold her son
as I worked on him.
      Each session we would get some releases, but nothing dramatic.
His head was still very tight, and there seemed to be little force at
the center of his craniosacral system to try and break free.
      Then came the miraculous eighth session. It began as usual with
the screaming, twisting, and trying to get away from my firm, yet
gentle, hands. During the work I would pray that I was being
respectful to this child’s soul, as he was being forced against his will
each week for forty-five minutes.
      I was solidly holding an energy cyst that was right at the center
of his craniosacral mechanism. All of a sudden, like magic, he stopped
screaming and fell deeply asleep as this cyst released. He began to
release and twitch all over. He had one release after another. His
cranial rhythm was tremendously improved.
      This beautiful boy was deep asleep for the next twenty minutes
until the session ended. We let him sleep a little bit more, but I
needed to get him up, as there was another client waiting.
      When he got up he looked me straight in the eye and said,“Mr.
Jokel, I want to hug you.” He was soft and warm and loving.
      I was very excited on my way home that day, believing that I
just witnessed a miracle. When next week came around, I feared
that he would have reverted to his previous way of being, but he
was still greatly improved.
      We continued to work together over the next two years, and I
now see him about every six weeks. He is, for all intents and purposes,
a normal six-year-old child. He makes eye contact, has long conversations,
does well in all his subjects in school, and relates well to other children
and adults. He is very easy to love, and is very loving in return.
